Product Tour

A walk through the actual product.

Every screen below is the real application — the same one your team would log into, not a mockup built for this page.

Start here

The dashboard shows what needs doing today.

Overdue tasks, holds coming up for release, recent intakes, and a finance snapshot — the things a shift lead actually checks first thing, on one screen instead of five bookmarks.

Every tile links straight to the record it summarizes. Nothing here is a report you have to go run — it's already run, and current as of your last page load.

Animals

One record per animal, from intake to outcome.

Photos, behavior flags (good with dogs/cats/kids, bite history), weight history, kennel location, and every hold — on one profile that follows the animal through the whole stay, not a new form for every stage.

The list view supports bulk operations and CSV export for Petfinder, Adopt-a-Pet, or your own spreadsheet, so the data that lives here doesn't get stuck here.

Animal profile

Everything about one animal, in one place.

Tabs for overview, photos, medical, behavior, holds, adoption/application history, and foster placements — so "has this dog ever had a hold?" or "who fostered her last?" is a click, not a search across systems.

The kennel card and adoption contract print straight from this record. There's no second place that data has to be re-typed.

Medical

A medical timeline, not a filing cabinet.

Exams, vaccinations, treatments, surgeries, and notes in chronological order per animal, with due-date tracking for the next vaccine or follow-up so nothing depends on someone remembering.

A medication administration record (MAR) covers the daily checklist for animals on a treatment plan — built for staff doing rounds, not for entering data after the fact.

Adoptions

See every application move, at a glance.

A kanban board tracks applications from submitted through screening to a decision — separate from the placement itself, so you can tell "waiting on a decision" from "adopted, waiting on pickup" without reading notes.

Follow-ups after the adoption, home-check status, and the fee/paid state all live on the same record, and the adoption contract generates from it.

Finance & donors

Donations linked to the animals they funded.

Track donors, transactions, sponsored animals, and grants in one ledger — with transactions that can link back to a specific animal or adoption, so "how much did Bella's care actually cost us, and did we recover it" is answerable.

Budgets, recurring transactions, and grant milestones round out the finance side without needing a separate bookkeeping tool for the basics.

Public website

Your adoption listings, built into the same data.

The public site pulls directly from your animal records — mark an animal available and it's live on your adoption gallery, no separate listing tool to keep in sync, no export/import step.

A block-based page editor covers the rest of the site — homepage, about, events — with your own domain if you want one.
